Payment Terms

100% payment is required at the time of booking.

To ensure aircraft availability, secure flight slots, and confirm the schedule, full payment must be processed during the booking phase. This guarantee allows our operations team to begin immediate flight preparation.

Refund Policy

Cancellation Charges

Charges for air ambulance, private jet rental, and charter helicopter services are levied as follows:

  • Against flight preparation (Force Majeure) 10%
  • Cancelled 6 days prior to departure 25%
  • Less than 6 days but more than 72 hours 50%
  • Less than 72 hours prior to departure 100%

Additional Operational Notes

Any cancellations or changes that cannot be executed due to operational reasons, lack of permissions, or other issues after the commencement of the flight program will be treated as last-minute cancellations, and the cancellation clause of 100% charges will apply.

Air Ambulance Specifics:

100% of the cost will be charged for cancellations due to any reason, including the death of a patient or incorrect information provided regarding the patient’s fitness for airlifting.
